Collective Haul- Topshop, Primark and Bodyshop

It was my birthday on the 12th of June and I got a couple of  Topshop vouchers and a Bodyshop voucher, so I went into town and had a little splurge, and of course that meant I just had to go into Primark, right?

I'll jump right in with what I got from Topshop, they have a massive sale on at the moment, so I took full advantage of that, and picked up some really lovely bits.

Clothing wise I got this basic pinky-salmon coloured cropped vest, and this super soft pink and black oversized  check shirt.

Cropped vest- £5
Shirt- £18
I picked up these super cute checked leggings, and these bright pink cigarette styled trousers. I think these pink trousers are perfect for the colour block trend.

Leggings- £12
Pink trousers- £18
Moving onto jewellery, I did go a little mental, as I always do in the Topshop sale, but I did pick up some really pretty bits.

Midi ring- £2.50
Charm necklace- £3.50
Maroon stone ring- £2.50
Blue flower earrings- £2.50
Hair scrunchie- £1
These are the rings close up. I'm really loving midi rings at the moment, I especially love this one from Topshop.

Nail varnish by Barry M, in the colour 423 Bikini.

Heart necklace- £3.50
Purple pastel earrings- £2.50
Pink stone earrings- £2.50
They were all my bargains from Topshop, now moving onto Primark...
I go on holiday to Spain in under a month and I realised I had hardly any swimwear, so where was my go to place? Primark of course! I also picked up a few other holiday bits, because I couldn't resist.

As soon as I walked in I spotted this gorgeous paisley patterned maxi skirt and I could just visualise strutting round Spain in it. What I also liked about it what that at the front there are two subtle splits, so when you walk you can see a little bit of leg, which in the hot sun I can imagine will be really nice. Plus I thought it made it a bit different from other maxi skirts.

Skirt- £10
I have been wanting to get my hands on a skort for a while now, and when I saw this lovely floral yellow one for only £7 I snatched it up right away. The material is really nice and silky and not too thick, so perfect for the sun. Then these floaty lilac polka dot shorts are a Summer must have, and where they are so floaty it almost looks like your wearing a skirt.

Skort- £7
Shorts- £5
I picked up this super cute Elephant patterned vest, which is lovely and soft and nice light weight fabric, so once again perfect for the sun, and I was thinking of pairing this with a black maxi skirt or maybe a pair of denim shorts.
Vest- £4
Then I thought that since I would be hitting the beach and getting in and out of the pool a lot I would pick up some cheap and cheerful flip-flops, plus they had ones with Minnie Mouse on who could refuse?! (They also had ones with Mickey on, but I preferred these ones).
Anchor flip-flops- £1.50
Minnie Mouse flip-flops- £1.50
At the moment I've really been liking pointed toed shoes, as I think they look really classy and as strange as this sounds I think they can be slimming for the foot? Is that a thing, I'm not sure! They had two different colours they had them in black, then in nude as well. I went for the nude as I think you can pair them with more and they are also nice for the Summer. Then I also picked up this pack of three sets of earrings, which are in a bit of a Vintage style, which I love.
Earrings- £1.50
Shoes- £6
Another spot of mine just as I walked in was this beautiful little handbag in a baby pink colour. I was torn between this one and the blue one but after asking Mum we decided on the pink, and I do believe they had it in yellow as well. I think this is such a classy looking bag, that you can hold or you can use the longer strap inside to put it over your shoulder.

Bag- £8
Like I said earlier, the main reason for me going into Primark was to get myself some Swimwear so I picked up this Bikini top which almost acts as a little top as it flows out, and I mixed and matched and got different bottoms than the ones that were meant to go with the top as they were a bit revealing to me, and I'm just not feeling that daring! So I opted for some normal black bottoms.

Bikini top- £6
Bikini bottoms- £5
Then like I said as I wasn't feeling that daring I got this super pretty swimming costume, which is navy and white with a pretty white frilly bit at the top.

Swimming costume- £10

Then, last but not least I went into The Body Shop, I buy pretty much all of my make-up, skin care and toiletries from here as I love the quality and all of what the shop stands for, like not testing on animals and protecting the planet.
It was the other day, after watching Becca Roses' youtube video about her skin care routine that I realised I didn't have one, and that in fact I really neglect my skin in that way and that I don't give it the proper care I should. So after speaking to the lovely lady in Body Shop she recommended me some products to use that suits my skin type. I have quite oily skin so the lady recommended the Seaweed range, and I do actually have a face mask clay from this range, which I use and it is super good, so I thought I would try out these products.
I brought the Seaweed toner and cleanser, then to use after I got the Vitamin E all skin types moisturiser. I picked up the Peach Body mist to try as it smells amazing! Then the other things I brought were all repurchases as they are my favourites, which are the Banana shampoo, the Vanilla Bliss hand cream, which you can only really get around Christmas time so I picked it up in the sale. Then in the sale I also picked up my favourite lipstick in the colour 42 which is a really lovely nude colour.

Vitamin E Moisturiser- £11
Seaweed Cleanser- £8
Peach Body Spray- £7.50
Seaweed Toner- £8
Lipstick- £6
Banana Shampoo- £4.50
Vanilla Hand Cream- £3
This is a swatch of the lipstick, so it is just a really pretty
 dusky pink-nude colour.

These were all my purchases, safe to say I do not need to go shopping for a while now! (But since when has that ever stopped me? Oh never).
I'm planning to do a full 'What I'm taking on holiday' post a bit nearer to when I actually go to Spain to show you what I'm planning on taking. But till then...

Cheerio!
