'Our fate lives in us. You only have to be brave enough to see it'- Merida

So, for my first proper Disney fashion post I have chosen Merida. Now since Spring is pretty much here I'm trying to cram in wearing all my Wintery, Autominal dresses, before I go into full bright Spring Summer colours, and as this past season Tartan has been a main trend I have purchased a few Tartan essentials. One being this lovely green and navy Tartan dress from Boohoo (http://www.boohoo.com/) .

I think that Tartan clothes and accessories are a great way to bring a bit of Merida into your outfit, as Brave is set in Scotland and Tartan is a traditional pattern from Scotland, its a perfect way to combine this red headed princess' traditional culture into a very fashionable trend. The fact that this certain dress has green and navy colours makes it more Merida looking than say, red and black, as Merida's dress is a dark green colour.

As its still fairly chilly out I wore black tights with the dress and my little black ankle boots from New Look, to make my look even more Merida inspired I would have curled my hair and made it a bit more wild looking, but for me to curl my hair properly it would have taken me over an hour, and I just couldn't face that kind of a task this morning!

Anywho that's all for now, I'll post a new outfit soon.
Cheerio for now!

Yoohoo big summer blog-out

Well hello there!

For a while now I have been toying with the idea of starting a Blog, well since 2011 to be exact! After much deliberation I have finally settled on what kind of area I want to waffle about. If the header didn't give you a clue then let me explain, even though I'm 18 I am a MASSIVE Disney lover and addict, and after watching Frozen and falling in love with Elsa's sassy dress, I had the idea, 'Hey why not combine two things I love, clothes and Disney'. Therefore this Blog is where I am hoping to post outfits I have put together with a little inspiration and flare from Disney, to show that you don't necessarily have to wear a seashell bra to feel like Ariel...

Sooooo watch this space!
